To set up an LSA you must complete the LSA Budget Planning Form 5040BP. In order to receive funding, LSA's must submit a Budget Planning Form no later than October 31st. Once approved by the PD Committee you will be allocated an amount of funds for meeting expenses, this amount is based on the number of members in your LSA - for more information please read the LSA Policy #5.
For group events the Group LSA Workshop Planning Form 5040GWP is to be completed in full and should include all anticipated expenses. You must submit these applications for workshops according to the following deadlines: July 1 - November 30 submit by June 1st, December 1 - March 31 submit by November 10th, April 1 - June 30 submit by February 1st. You will be approved by the PD Committee dependent on the availability of funds.

To request reimbursement for expenses please complete the LSA Cheque Requisition and submit along with your receipts.
Group School Based PD Planning Form is for schools (not LSA's) to apply for funding for a group school based PD workshop. You must complete the form in full and include all anticipated costs. The application form will go to the PD Committee for approval.
